Usage Instructions: Apply generously onto sun exposed areas, at least 30 mind before exposure to the sun and every 2 hours thereafter. Hold can 15cm away and spray onto skin, and smooth evenly with the palm of your hand. Spray product onto palm of hand and smooth over face and neck. Reapply after swimming, towelling or perspiring
