Usage Instructions: Adults and children over 6 - 2 tablets 3 times per day. Children aged 6 and under - 1 tablet 3 times per day. Adults and children over 6: suck 2 tablets three times a day. Children aged 6 and under: dissolve 1 tablet in a little water three times a day. Not to be used in infants under six months of age without prior advice from a practitioner. Sleeplessness: Take as above and again at night just before bedtime.
