How to use

1. Select the correct size based on waist/hip measurement for a secure fit.
2. Open out the brief and position it centrally against the body, front to back.
3. Pull the front panel up between the legs and secure both side tabs snugly at the hips.
4. Check the fit around the legs and waist to ensure there are no gaps.
5. Remove and replace as needed, disposing of the used brief hygienically.
