Usage Instructions

How to rinse: Prepare the solution as instructed below. Hold your head upright over a basin. Introduce the bottle nozzle gently into one nostril. Tilt your head slightly towards the other nostril. Slowly squeeze the bottle. Allow the solution to flow into one nostril and drain through the other. Repeat for the other nostril. Clean the nozzle after a rinsing session. How to dilute: Boil water. Let cool till lukewarm. Dilute Kuraflo in water as below: For adults: Fill rinsing bottle with 24 ml concentrate and 176 ml water. For children: Fill the rinsing bottle with 12 ml concentrate and 188 ml water. Shake and rinse as instructed in "how to rinse" above.
