How to use

1. Start by wrapping the bandage below the area of injury, holding it at a slight angle.
2. Wind the bandage upward in overlapping spirals, covering about two-thirds of the previous layer each time.
3. Apply even, comfortable tension — the bandage should feel secure but not restrict circulation.
4. Secure the end with the fastening clip or tape provided.
5. Check regularly for swelling, discolouration or numbness beyond the bandage, and loosen if needed.
