How to use

1. Break off a length of floss and wind most of it around your middle fingers, leaving a short section to work with.
2. Hold the floss tightly between your thumbs and index fingers.
3. Gently guide the floss between your teeth using a back-and-forth motion.
4. Curve the floss into a C-shape against each tooth and slide it beneath the gumline.
5. Use a clean section of floss for each tooth and rinse your mouth after flossing.
