How to use

1. Add a small amount of crystals to a bowl of hot water or a steam inhaler.
2. Lean over the bowl with a towel draped over your head to trap the steam, keeping a safe distance from the hot water.
3. Inhale the vapours gently for a few minutes, keeping eyes closed.
