How to use

1. Break off about 45cm of floss and wind most of it around your middle fingers, leaving a few centimetres to work with.
2. Hold the floss tightly between your thumbs and forefingers and guide it gently between your teeth using a rubbing motion.
3. Curve the floss into a C-shape against one tooth and slide it beneath the gumline.
4. Move the floss up and down against the side of the tooth to remove plaque and debris.
5. Repeat for each tooth, using a clean section of floss as you go.
